What Is A measured survey?
A measured survey is a type of survey where measurements of a buildings floor layouts or elevations are taken and drafted to show the existing sites appearance and layout.
Measured surveys are vital not only in construction and the rental industry but for businesses who occupy commercial premise.

How our surveys are undertaken?
Typically all of our surveys will be carried out by a surveyor with a single site attendance. All of our surveys are carried out in the traditional method with a laser and tape measure and note pad. Surveys can be drafted and turned around within the clients time requirements this also includes same day turnarounds.

Alongside any specialist designs for structural, mechanical and electrical elements. JSM are able to provide all of the documents required to satisfy the Building Control Inspector within a full plans applicatin or a building notice.
